Fishing tournaments are a great way to enjoy the sport we all love with like-minded outdoorsmen. When the proceeds benefit an outstanding cause, itâ€™s even better.

The first annual â€œMac-Sizedâ€ Bass Fishing Tournament will be held on April 24, 2016 on J. Percy Priest Lake in Smyrna, Tennessee. There will be awesome drawings, great door prizes and even a silent auction.

All proceeds will benefit the Monroe Carell, Jr. Childrens Hospital at Vanderbilt and Williamson County Medical Center NICU.

An accomplished tournament angler and former fishing guide, Walker Smith has been published in many national and regional publications for well over a decade. His articles and videos have been viewed by millions of people. He has a strong passion for teaching others about fishing while connecting with the human element of fishing as well.
