Finding and Catching Post Spawn Bass Offshore

Jason Sealock and Terry Brown land on a good school of post spawn bass by targeting wind-swept points in this fun and informative video. This period is marked by bass in transition between spawning sites and midsummer locations. When it comes to reservoirs on the Tennessee River system, this can mean bass spread out over miles between the backs of creek arms and offshore ledges. Creek arm and main river points are natural collection areas for fish during this period; side imaging confirms the presence of bass, and as Jason and Terry demonstrate, crankbaits and jigs can do a mighty good job of trigging both active and neutral bass.
