Lew’s and Strike King-Sponsored Angler Tops the Field with 56 Pounds with 24 Scorable Bass

Cole Floyd wins

Cole Floyd put together an impressive performance on Beaver Lake this weekend, bringing in 56 pounds of bass on 24 scorable fish to earn a convincing Major League Fishing victory.

Fishing one of the country’s toughest bass fisheries, Floyd stayed consistent from start to finish. His ability to quickly locate fish and stick to a smart game plan helped separate him from the rest of the field.

“I’m incredibly grateful for this win,” Floyd said. “Beaver Lake is a special fishery, and the competition out here is always tough. Everything just came together.”

Floyd said confidence in his gear played a big role in the win. He credited Lew’s and Strike King for helping him stay efficient and competitive throughout the event.

“Lew’s and Strike King have been with me every step of the way,” Floyd said. “I wouldn’t be standing here without their support and the confidence that comes from fishing with equipment I trust.”

The win marks a major milestone in Floyd’s professional career and could be a sign of bigger things ahead on the Major League Fishing tour.
