T-H Marine to Distribute RMC Products

T-H Marine Supplies, Inc., of Huntsville, Alabama, and RMC Boat Works, Inc., of Mingoville, Pennsylvania announce they have entered into an agreement granting T-H Marine the exclusive, global distribution rights for the RMC E-Lok Electronics Mounts and Trol-Lok Trolling Motor Mounts.  Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

T-H Marine’s president and CEO, Jeff Huntley, stated “We are happy to announce that we can now offer the superb quality RMC mounts to all of our OEM and aftermarket customers.  Brad Rightnour and the rest of the RMC team have developed some products that are vastly superior to their competitors’ offerings.  We are glad to bring our sales, distribution, and customer service horsepower to the table to make sure that every boater has access to these great products.  The RMC mounts fit very nicely into our product line, but also give us a new category to work in.”

Brad Rightnour, president of RMC Boatworks, stated, “I am very pleased that we were able to team up with the T-H Marine team.  We are glad to have a partner like them to fully expand the distribution of the RMC mount products that we developed for the boating public.  T-H Marine, like us, is really in touch with the fishermen and boaters, so we know our products will get more visibility than ever.”

Huntley stated that T-H Marine and RMC Boatworks have a common market to service and a common customer to appeal to.  T-H Marine has been manufacturing parts and accessories for recreational boats since 1975. RMC Boatworks was formed in 2008 by Brad Rightnour to develop and manufacture higher quality accessories for anglers.

T-H Marine’s Huntley also stated, “T-H Marine has been very involved with bass fishing tournaments and we are growing our relationship with the anglers. RMC has also been very involved in these same tournaments and have used that knowledge to develop some products for the anglers that are field tested and tournament proven. We expect this relationship to be great for both our companies, and even more important, we think it will allow more anglers to enjoy the RMC products along with the broad T-H Marine product lines.”
