Oklahoma State Record Largemouth Caught

Another state-record bass has been caught. This time the Oklahoma state record largemouth bass was caught by Dale Miller of Panama, Okla. out of Cedar Lake. Miller’s fish weighed 14 pounds, 13.7 ounces. Benny Williams had the state record bass for nearly a year at 14 pounds, 12.3 ounces out of the same lake this time last year. This year’s new record was said to be caught on a Mann’s Alabama Rig that was modified with spinners and the rig was tagged with Reaction Innovation Little Dippers as it’s shad offerings. Miller actually borrowed the tackle from Josh Walls, owner of Bass Fanatics in Poteau.
