Cole Logsdon of Brownsville, Ky. and Dalton Smith of Columbia, Ky. drove to Texas to hunt for double digit bass on the famed O.H. Ivie. And boy were they rewarded for their 15 hour drive.

Not only did they catch a double digit bass, but they caught three largemouth bass weighing more than 10 pounds. And that included catching two bass over 14 pounds that Dalton Smith caught on the same day.

Here is what Dalton Smith had to say about the epic Texas bass fishing trip on his Facebook Page:

“First things first,” Smith said. “I want to thank my Lord and Savior for giving Cole Logsdon and I the opportunity to chase these fish. We had an unbelievable trip to Texas. It feels like a dream, I’m sure it will sink in soon enough!
