Humminbird Releases Onix and Ion Touch Units

Humminbird announced two new lines of fish finders at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show today. The new Onix and Ion touch screen units give Humminbird a new, improved platform for displaying what’s going on under the water. These units incorporate Cross Touch and Multi-Gesture Control ability to give the user a lot of flexibility and control in how they use and display information on these new graphs.

The Onix line of graphs feature four sizes with the largest being the 10.4-inch and 8.4-inch units. The feature a high definition 1024 x 768 resolution giving you a great clear picture in a user-friendly platform. The units feature Side Imaging, Down Imaging, DualBeam PLUS Sonar, three mapping programs including Navionics, Humminbird charts and C-MAP, and can be used with add-on features like i-Pilot, 360 Imaging, Chirp, Radar and more.

The Ion line is their “bluewater line” of touch graphs. These new touch screens for saltwater offer 10.4 and whopping 12.4-inch screens.
