Crestliner Receives CSI Award for 15th Year

For the 15th consecutive year, Crestliner received the Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) during the State of the Recreational Boating Industry and Awards Presentation. The CSI Award recognizes marine manufacturers who attain the highest levels of customer contentment, as voted on by the customers themselves.

“Receiving the CSI award is an honor and a true culmination of efforts made by Crestliner to focus on customer experiences and life-long relationships,” said Jack Martin, General Manager of Crestliner. “To be recognized 15 years in a row is an incredible milestone for the Crestliner brand, and I could not be prouder of our entire team and dealer network who consistently provide a high standard of excellence to our customers.”

Crestliner received the 2020 NMMA CSI award in the Aluminum Outboard Boats category. Companies must achieve and maintain an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the previous year to receive the award. The data is based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020.

“In an unprecedented year of growth with many challenges, receiving our 15th consecutive CSI award is a testament to the incredible strength and resilience of Brunswick’s operations teams,” said Martin. “We look forward to continuing Crestliner’s growth momentum in 2021.”
