This was your chance to try it before anyone can buy it!

About BaitFuel

New freshwater formulas of American Baitworks' BaitFuel include Gizzard Shad, Crawfish, Alewife, Goby, and Bluegill.

BaitFuel is expanding its Freshwater Gel lineup with a new series of forage-specific formulas. The company designed this line to help bass anglers better match what fish are feeding on in their home waters.

These new BaitFuel gels focus on the specific prey that bass rely on throughout the seasons. New freshwater formulas include Gizzard Shad, Crawfish, Alewife, Goby, and Bluegill. These different options let anglers dial in their scent and flavor based on regional forage and changing feeding patterns. Whether bass go after crawfish in the spring, bluegill during the spawn, or shad in the summer and fall, supercharge your baits using a formula aligned with what fish actively target.

Each gel features Fish Active Scent Technology (FAST), the science behind BaitFuel. It’s engineered to not only engage fish longer but also stimulate the predator response. The water-based formula disperses easily, creating a natural scent cloud mimicking the smell and taste of real prey.

Backed by more than 24 months of research and development from world-class fishery biologists and tournament anglers, BaitFuel Freshwater Gel Formulas are developed in the lab and proven on the water to perform cast after cast. The new Freshwater Gel lineup will be available for purchase Sept. 1.
