Yamamoto Senko Giveaway Winners

Without question the Yamamoto Senko is one of the most replicated shapes in the history of fishing for soft plastic designs. It’s simplicity is its charm. It is often copied but never fully duplicated as the secret of the action of the Senko is based on its formulation and idiosyncracies of the ringed body, egg sack position and tail shape. A precise measure of salt and plastic combined with accurate balance is what separates the Yamamoto Senko from the rest of the pack.

The Senko can make so-so anglers superstars when fish are shallow. Just toss it out and let it fall with short twitches and hold on. The Senko works great rigged weightless on shoreline rocks and grass. It’s a great bait when bass are on or near the beds too. It can also be Texas-rigged for pitching and casting, wacky style for the finicky bites or even fished on a Carolina Rig. We even know of anglers who fish it as the “stopper” with paddle tails on an umbrella rig.

Congratulations to the winners, your Senkos are on the way! Thanks for entering and as always, keep an eye out for more weekly giveaways from the Wired2Fish guys.
