We ran across a video report this weekend of ice coming off famed walleye and smallmouth bass fishery in Minnesota, Mille Lacs lake. Fishermen up north are chomping at the bit to get out and do some open water fishing, but in this video from KSTP you can see ice coming off the lake isn’t always as great as it sounds. Crazy how Mother Nature works sometimes!
