Bass Mafia Introduces Bud Bag and 2-Bud Bag

Bass Mafia constantly bounces ideas off anglers trying to understand problems with tackle storage and management that many anglers face and then providing high end solutions to those problems. They also lean on their prostaff like Justin Lucas who helped Bass Mafia design the new Bud Bags for storing jigs, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits and even Chatterbaits. The Bud Bag and the smaller 2-Bud Bag offer anglers easily accessible soft-sided storage for all their “wire baits” in easy to see and access clear but heavy duty bags.

A good soft storage alternative has been needed for a while, one that lets you see what you actually have in your tackle bag. The Bud Bag is 17 1/2 inches by 8 inches by 2 1/2 inches in size and inside there are five heavy duty sleeves each with five 3-inch by 5-inch pockets. So you have 25 pouches to put your baits in as well as an ID pocket on the front. You can double up on baits easily in each pouch and have 50 baits in a moldable soft sided storage solution that is sure to fit in any boat compartment, under any truck seat or inside of your fishing backpack.

The 2-Bud Bag measures 9 inches by 8 inches by 3 inches deep with 5 pouches inside each with 2 pockets. So while it looks like it can hold a handful of baits, we easily put 30 jigs in one and can pack a lot more in there. It’s more of a square configuration where the bud bag is a rectangle storage solution.

The outside of the Bud Bags is a heavy-duty treated fabric that will keep the water out. Inside is stainless steel hardware holding sleeves of Money Bag material to give your tackle a double layer of protection from rust and corrosion.
