Champion pros Skeet Reese and Mike McClelland had a spare boat that McClelland's Aunt and Uncle pulled around for them to have in the event they had a breakdown at an event. With the recent economic downturn that was one of the things that Champion had to pull away from. Mike and Skeet had been discussing how that they were going to get it done in 2009. No decision has been made but we have reliable reports that McClelland sent a text message to Skeet that said "Based on your recent windfall it seems only appropriate that YOU pay for the spare boat and expenses in 2009.....Your friend Mike."
