Alan Clemons, Outdoor Editor of the Huntsville Times, sent us an early weather update from the Southern Open at Lake Guntersville this am. It looks like anglers will have to adapt to a fall cold front.
Clemons notes:
The field of about 200 pros and co-anglers found conditions had changed Friday morning at takeoff. Skies were heavy with clouds and a cold northwest wind may wreak havoc on some guys today. The forecast calls for a slight chance of rain and cooler temperatures as a cold front continues to move into North Alabama.
Get out the flippin sticks!
