Locks and dams be damned. The Mississippi River has a mind of it’s own, and right now, its mindset might best be described as downright stingy. Rumor has it that a chorus of tiny violins can be heard for miles around Fort Madison, Iowa, the site of this week’s Bassmaster Elite Series ‘River Rumble’, as pros lament over the less-than-ideal conditions they’re facing at the Mississippi River.
