Ranger Boats Launches "My Ranger Jersey" Design Center

Allows Anglers to Custom Design Fishing Jerseys to Match Their Ranger Boat

FLIPPIN, Ark. (May 14, 2008) – The ability for anglers to customize their Ranger boat, whether to match tow vehicles, outboard preference or equipment options, has long been a hallmark of the legendary boat builder. Continuing their legacy for quality and innovative products, Ranger Boats recently launched “MyRangerJersey.com,” an interactive shirt design center that allows anglers to custom create a fishing jersey that matches the color, model and engine configuration of their Ranger boat.

The jerseys, made by Gemini Sport Marketing (www.geminisportmarketing.com), are the same dye-sublimated, 100 percent poly material garments worn by the world’s top professional anglers during tournaments across the globe. These performance-based jerseys offer UV protection, moisture wicking properties and are anti-microbial and breathable. Available in both long and short-sleeve models, these jerseys can be customized to match the exact color combinations of current Ranger models – from the new Z520 Comanche to a Banshee Extreme skiff and everything in between.

All jerseys are compliant with the widely-acclaimed Ranger Cup tournament contingency program, and include a Ranger Cup logo on the right shoulder as well as a Ranger Boats logo on the shirt back and left chest areas. Anglers can further customize their jersey to include such options as their boat model logo, engine manufacturer logo and more. By utilizing the dye sublimation process, Gemini is able to reproduce these intricate and unique designs with unparalleled accuracy and color reproduction to match the detail and striking good looks of a Ranger boat, right down to the trademark Comanche stripe design.

“Anglers are individuals and they want to look sharp and stand out just like their distinctive Ranger boats do,” said Bart Schad, Ranger Boats Vice President of Marketing. “When it comes to Ranger owners, they really want a way to be even more connected to the Ranger Family and our new shirt design center makes that personal connection even easier to achieve.”

These custom, dye-sublimated jerseys can be designed and ordered on-line at www.myrangerjersey.com or through links at www.RangerBoats.com and www.rangerwear.com. Ideal for men, women and children, the jerseys are $120 each plus shipping and handling and are available in sizes from 3XS-5XL. To identify the best size for each person, a sizing chart is included on the site for easy reference. Because each order is custom built to suit discriminating Ranger owners, delivery time for each garment is three to four weeks.
