GEARDECK 17 SYSTEM PUTS THE POWER ON THE HITCH

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Let's Go Aero (LGA), manufacturer of innovative Gear Management Solutions(tm) for the automotive, recreation and commercial trade industries, offers a new way to transport and store portable generators.

The company's GearDeck(tm) 17 is an enclosed, hitch-mounted carrier system. Measuring 48-inches in length, 25-inches in width and 25-inches in height, the securable (padlock location provided) environment has simplified the operations and logistics of transporting heavy generators.

LGA's GMC Professional Grade Award winning (2002 SEMA Show) TwinTube(tm) hitch rack serves as the structural foundation for the GearDeck system. This dual tube platform provides the stability and strength that heavy equipment requires. Adding to the stability is the integration of the company's Silent Hitch Pin(tm) technology, which is a market proven anti-rattle, anti-wear device.

Owners can add or remove components of the versatile GearDeck 17 to create the carrier that best accommodates their needs. The system can be used as a hitch rack (TwinTube), an open platform cargo carrier (GearDeck) or in its original form (GearDeck 17). All configurations permit telescoping capability for access to vehicle doors and cargo bays.

In addition to addressing the everyday transportation, storage and organization of power and related equipment, the GearDeck 17 system has proven to add value for the interests of the recreational vehicle owner.

"Generators are very expensive to install in RVs and they are not transferable in the event the vehicle is sold. Additionally, many are located in the compartments underneath where the beds are located, making for a very noisy sleeping environment," Williams said. "The GearDeck can be easily transformed from vehicle to vehicle, and since it is located in the vehicle's rear, it won't disturb those slumbering."

Many aspects of the GearDeck 17's intellectual property are incorporated into the Onan JuiceBox(tm), the world's first self-contained, hitch-mount towable genset that was co-developed between Cummins Power Generation and LGA.

And, unlike many competing carriers, GearDeck 17 can be shipped via FedEx Ground delivery.
