2008 Bass Cat Boats Owners Invitational
Two Missouri anglers provided a second day charge today from 41st place to capture the top spot in the final day of the 2008 Bass Cat Owners Invitational.
Donald Drumright and Marty Fox of West Plains, Missouri weighed in a two day total of 22.64 Lbs to claim a new Bass Cat Cougar FTD rigged with a new Mercury OptiMax, and 1st Place gold and diamond rings..
The second place award of a new 2008 Pantera II was won by Randell James of Springdale, Arkansas and his partner Glenn Rhodes with a weight of 20.20.
Overall Big Bass winner for the two days Michael Callahon of Shirley, Arkansas ... he weighed in a monster 7.98. A new Gold and Diamond Big Bass ring went on his finger and a very nice cash payback went into his pocket.
A total of 657 fish were caught by the 566 teams that weighed in at 1569.61 pounds, treated and released by Bass Cat and Arkansas Game and Fish personnel.
