For the second time in as many years an Elite Series pro has managed a fishing spot by not overfishing it and guarding it after a limit is caught to claim a victory on the BASS Elite Series trail. Remember Jeremy Starks at Wheeler? Now Florida's Bobby Lane has done the exact same thing, even taking a knap on Friday, guarding his location. Looks like some deep water spots are best when fished enough for a limit but not too much to hurt ongoing days. . It takes strategy, it takes guts and it take stick-to-i-tive-ness. Could you do it?
