Fritts continues charge

North Carolina's David Fritts continues to put a charge into an otherwise lackluster affair at Clarks Hill and the FLW Eastern Series tournament. He weighed in another impressive bag of bass today, not matching yesterday's total of 23 pounds 9 ounces,(13-09)  but enough to extend his lead significantly over Florida pro Scott Martin who has a two-day total of 25 pounds 11 ounces. Fritts two-day total is 36 pounds 10 ounces.
 
Moving up to third is FLW regular Jonathan Newton with 24 pounds 6 ounces. Tough fishing has been the rule at Clarks Hill this week. To read more about the tournament go to www.flwoutdoors.com.
