Duckett isn't a morning glory

2007 Bassmaster Classic champ Boyd Duckett gets up early in the morning only because he has to, and not because he enjoys it.
"I'm not a morning person at all," he said. "I hate getting up early. Some of these guys, bam! They're up at 4 a.m. or whatever every morning and I'm just not like that."
Of course, Duckett does get up to put his e21 Carrot Stix boat in the lake almost every morning. That's his job and you can't be a pro angler sleeping in until 8 or 9 a.m.
Duckett also is sporting a new set of Nike shoes this week with his familar red trim, but he's added some nifty designs and yellow laces. Maybe those give him a jolt in the boat when he looks down at his sonar unit.
