Childswish "Hope" Tournament in Illinois
There will be an open team tournament to help raise money for the United Special Sportsman Alliance, (USSA) and childswish.com. The tournament will be held at the Kickapoo State Park near Danville, Illinois on August 8th. $80.00 per team. There will be food and door prizes for those in attendance. Hours are safe light till 2pm and the weigh-in will be conducted by the Tilton Basscasters. The USSA grants hundreds of fishing and hunting wishes each year nationwide to kids and their families with chronic, serious and life-threatening illnesses. Many of the kids come from Illinois and surrounding states. The USSA is strictly run on a non-paid volunteer basis and provides trips at no cost to the children and the families. All proceeds directly support the outdoor wishes for the children.
