Tony Hansen, Editor for Michigan Out of Doors magazine is preparing to fish a 30-hour marathon and try to catch 30 different species of fish from Michigan waters. His goal in this interesting project is to not only show the potential of Michigan fisheries but also educate and bring attention to the Asian Carp epedemic that sits poised to lay seige on the Great Lakes. They are nearing the man-made canal in Chicago and could possibly use that as an entry point into the Great Lakes system.
